General parameters and structural design

All VEC-16 series products have a motor diameter of 16mm±0.1mm and an output lead length of 300mm±10mm, which ensures stable and long-distance signal transmission while maintaining a compact appearance. The motor uses a 13.5mm±0.3mm extension bearing and a 3mm±0.006mm high-precision bearing to ensure excellent stability and low vibration characteristics of the equipment under high-speed operation and frequent starting conditions. This series of motors are equipped with Hall sensor signal output to facilitate closed-loop control and precise position feedback.

 

Series Details

Series 1 - EC1636

This 36mm long motor is suitable for lightweight handheld devices and offers multiple voltage options:

Parameter 1: Under 10~14V (nominal 12V) conditions, EC1636 achieves a rated output of 9.7W, a rated torque of 6 m.Nm, and a speed of 15800 rpm.

Parameter 2: At 22~26V (nominal 24V), the output power is increased to 19W, the torque is slightly reduced to 5 m.Nm, and the speed is as high as 37000 rpm, and the Hall signal output is still used.

Parameter 3: Under the condition of 32~38V (nominal 36V), it still maintains 19W output and 5 m.Nm torque, but the speed is adjusted to 3700 rpm to meet the application requirements of low speed and high torque.

 

Series 2 - EC1644

The EC1644 series with a body length of 44mm is focused on mid-to-high-end applications, suitable for equipment requiring higher torque and power:

Parameter 1: At 22~26V (nominal 24V), the output rated power is 21.5W, the torque is 7.5 m.Nm, the speed is 28000 rpm, and Hall output is also provided.

Parameter 2: Under the condition of 28~32V (nominal 30V), the performance parameters are consistent with parameter 1, ensuring the stability of the product in different voltage ranges.

Parameter 3: At 32~38V (nominal 36V), although the output power drops slightly to 21.2W, the torque and speed remain at around 7.5 m.Nm and 27600 rpm respectively, reflecting excellent voltage resistance and continuous output capability.

 

Series 3 - EC1656

As the most powerful model in the series, EC1656 has a body length of 56mm and is suitable for high-end devices:

Parameter 1: At 22~26V (nominal 24V), the rated output reaches 34.2W, torque 8.5 m.Nm, and speed 39200 rpm, ensuring high-speed operation and precise control.

Parameter 2: At 28~32V (nominal 30V), the output power drops slightly to 33.5W, but the torque remains at 8.5 m.Nm and the speed is 38400 rpm.

Parameter 3: Under 32~38V (nominal 36V) conditions, the performance is stable at 34W, 8.5 m.Nm and 38900 rpm, also relying on Hall signal output to achieve precise feedback and control.
