Our core management team includes the General Manager, Deputy General Managers, the Deputy General Manager and Management Representative, as well as the Engineering Deputy General Manager and Chief Engineer, all of whom lead the team in driving product innovation and quality management.
The company is structured with departments including Quality, Production (Divisions 1 and 2), Engineering (Divisions 1 and 2), Procurement, Warehouse, Administration, Equipment, Finance, Sales, Market Development, and Domestic & International Sales. Each department works in close coordination to ensure seamless efficiency from production to sales. Our team comprises over 500 frontline employees and more than 100 management personnel, with 25 dedicated R&D professionals focused on technology innovation and product development, providing customized motor solutions to meet diverse client needs.
