Description
Brushless CNC airsoft aeg motor uses NdFeB high-strength magnets, silver brushes, copper wires, high-quality 7075 aluminum casing, built-in on-board ESC, with low-voltage cut-off and over-current consumption to protect the battery (same type of function as MOSFET and ETU) belt Short version with D-pinion and preloaded shaft spring; high-torque motor greatly enhances airsoft performance at an affordable price. With over 23,000 rpm and high-quality magnets, the heavier springs can be pulled even with high-speed gears. Can be adjusted according to customer needs.

Brushless CNC Airsoft Aeg Motor Description
Accelerated wear due to the constant contact of the brushes and the energy generated in the form of heat means that brushed motors can be expected to fail sooner than brushless motors. It is generally not recommended to run a brushed motor continuously for more than a few minutes. Without a chance to cool, the heat build-up in a brushed motor can easily compromise the integrity of its coils or brushes. Although there is still some heat generated by air friction in brushless motors, this has been kept at a manageable level. Brushless motors can usually run continuously for 30 minutes to an hour without issue. Brand new brushless CNC aluminum motor, a complete new tooling including stator was used to produce the best AEG motor in the industry.
The motor works with all current ETUs, MOSFETs and standard mechanical trigger contacts. Recommended upgrade for any airsoft gunner looking to increase rate of fire, responsiveness, reliability and extend battery charge time.
BLDC motors have no brushes to wear out and represent a quantum leap in technology. Brushless motors output higher efficiency and performance and are less sensitive to mechanical wear than brushed motors.
