Avoid demagnetization of permanent magnets due to excessive current, temperature changes, and open magnetic circuits during disassembly and assembly. Especially for AlNiCo permanent magnet brushless DC motors, magnetic short-circuit protection is required during disassembly and assembly to avoid demagnetization. When replacing the brush, it is necessary to clean the surrounding dust first, and then use alcohol and gasoline to clean the commutator. At the same time, pay attention to no-load running-in when using new brushes.
When the load is too large or the power transistor is burnt due to improper use, a high-power transistor will be used to protect the driver from damage due to the current exceeding the specification.
