What should I do if the micromotor journal is worn?
Leave a message
Uneven wear will develop on the motor after extensive use; this is a typical occurrence of natural wear. The micro-motor journal is the one that wears out the most frequently. The procedure for fixing the micro-motor journal's wear will be described in the paragraphs that follow. You should find it useful!

1. Plan ahead, gather the necessary tools, and decide on the best course of action for repairs based on the scenario.
2. To fulfill the specifications for equipment repair, clean the repaired surface, grind and remove burrs from the motor shaft, and clean the oxide layer and dirt from the sections that need to be repaired.
3. To ensure the color is even and consistent, choose the proper Soleil carbon nanopolymer material and apply blending treatment.

4. Apply the substance to the journal's worn-out areas. It must be applied uniformly, and the material's thickness must be suitable. The inside wall of the tooling should also receive a little coating of material at the same time.
5. Quickly position the tooling, tighten the bolts, pay attention to the tooling's installation position at all times during the installation process, and prevent tooling deformation when tightening the tooling.
6. After the material has set, you can speed up the process by heating it with an iodine tungsten lamp, often between 60 and 80 degrees Celsius (remember not to use an open flame)

7. Take away the tooling, get rid of the extra material, and then check to see if the size has been restored. Reinstall each component after ensuring that the repair is qualified, and the work is finished.
