The reason why the DC Small Mini Air Pump water pump does not pump water

1. When the water pump is started for the first time, the air in the pump needs to be discharged;

2. Check whether the inlet and outlet valves of the water pump are open, whether the inlet of the water pump is filled with water, whether the inlet and outlet pipes of the water pump are blocked by foreign matters, and whether the water inlet of the water source of the water pump is short of water. If it is short of water, make up water to solve the problem;

3. Due to human factors, some users think that it is also possible to install a motor randomly because the original motor of the water pump is damaged. As a result, the flow rate of the water pump is small, the head is low, and even the water pump cannot be fed;

4. After closing the water pump valve, the pressure of the water pump does not rise. Remove the pump body and check whether the impeller in the pump body falls off or is damaged. If so, it is recommended to replace or repair it as soon as possible;

5. Check whether the water pump has reverse rotation problem. Sometimes the water pump can not supply water. The problem can be solved by adjusting the rotation direction of the water pump. If the water is controlled by a frequency converter, it needs to be checked manually or automatically;

6. Due to the burning or loss of excitation of the water pump motor winding, changes in the number of turns, wire diameter and wiring method of the winding during the motor maintenance, or changes in the speed of the electric water pump during the motor maintenance, which is not ruled out, the water pump has sound and can not water;

7. The resistance in the water inlet and outlet pipes is too large, the water pump pipes are too long or there are too many bends, resulting in too large water flow pipe resistance. Although the vertical distance from the water outlet to the water source is less than the rated head of the water pump, there will still be a problem that the water pump can not lift water or can not lift water.
