Description

DC 12V Electric Micro Vacuum Pump is a small air pump, which basically consists of motor, rotor, stator and impeller. The electric motor provides the power to turn the impeller and create a negative pressure area. Two counter-rotating impellers form the main components of the pump. When the motor is turned on, the impeller starts to spin and pushes the gas outward. The expelled gas creates an area of low pressure that allows other gases to flow into the pump from the surrounding environment. This process will continue until the pressure of the mini vacuum pump reaches the minimum limit for which it was designed. When gas gets in, it can become trapped inside the pump. In this case, the impeller creates a vortex inside that breaks the viscosity of the gas and brings it to the outlet. This process is called gas evacuation.

Installation method and steps:
1. First, prepare the required tools and materials, including electric micro-vacuum pumps, valves, hoses, connectors, screwdrivers, wrenches, etc.
2. Place the electric micro vacuum pump where it needs to be used, and make sure it is stable and not easy to move.
3. Install the inlet and outlet interfaces. Connect the outlet and inlet to the corresponding ports of the electric micro vacuum pump. Use a wrench to hold it tight and make sure it's well connected.
