RF-500 DC Micro Motor to judge whether the carbon brush is good or bad

1. The spark is large, and the contact surface of the carbon brush in contact with the rotor is burnt, remove it and wipe it off with sandpaper. In the case of large sparks, it may also be that the copper on the rotor converter is used up, the short-circuit sparks are large, and the conductivity decreases.
2. If the motor does not turn, it means that the carbon brushes are used up.
3. None of the above two situations, that is, the spring-type carbon brush, the pressure of the single spring is insufficient, resulting in a loose contact between the carbon brush and the rotor, short-circuit sparks, and it is necessary to remove the copper wire of the carbon brush and add 2 springs.
4. The copper sheet on the carbon brush, the copper sheet without a card position is in use, the rotation of the copper sheet causes the upper copper wire to be tightened, the carbon brush cannot be in close contact with the rotor, the spark is large and the power is small, and it needs to be removed and shaken off. (It is recommended to buy a built-in carbon brush machine. The coil spring carbon brush machine is better, with good electrical conductivity, and it is not easy to burn the rotor and burn the carbon brush. I am not sure about the brushless machine.)
