365 DC Micro Motor

The 365 DC Micro Motor has a diameter of 27.7mm and a length of 33mm, excluding the output shaft which extends a further 12.0mm for a diameter of 2.3mm. To hold it in place, there are two M2.5 mounting holes on the front of the motor. Large solder tabs on the back allow secure connection of wires. 365 DC Micro Motor Maintenance Method

(1) Routine maintenance of the motor. The environment must be kept clean, and no water or oil may flow into the motor. The surface of the motor should be blown clean with compressed air regularly, especially the part of the lead wire. Regularly open the back cover of the motor, and use compressed air to blow off the toner on the surface of the commutator and around the brush holder. Note that the motor power must be cut off during any cleaning work.

(2) The replacement of the brush must be a special brush. Before replacement, the outer surface of the outer circle with a diameter of 60% of the motor diameter should be ground with sand skin above No. 0. After the arc surface is formed, gently put the ground brush into the brush holder, and the brush should be in the brush holder. After sliding smoothly and hearing the slight sound of the brush hitting the surface of the commutator, compress the brush spring and cover the brush cover. After the new brushes are replaced, the motor should run for more than 4 hours without load before it can be put into normal work.

(3) Replacement of bearings. When the bearing is abnormal or its service life expires, the bearing should be replaced in time. The grade of the replacement bearing should be the same as the original bearing as much as possible. Bearings should be disassembled using special drawing dies for bearings. Bearings are assembled by cold pressing, and heating is strictly prohibited.
