After assembling the input end assembly, put the motor end down on the platform. Put the pin gear housing assembly on the input end assembly, and pay attention to find the marks of the two cycloidal wheels in the direction of the exhaust hole. Some of these marks are letters and some are numbers. The marking methods of different manufacturers are different, but the two pendulum wheels The marks of the wire wheels are exactly the same. If they are not the same, it means that they are not a set. The cycloid wheels must be used as a set. If one of them is damaged, the two should be replaced together. Put a cycloidal wheel into the pin housing, remember the marked side is facing up. Set the eccentric shaft with the bearing installed on the input shaft, and put the spacer ring. Install the second cycloidal wheel (this is the key.) Find the mark, stagger 180 degrees from the mark of the first cycloidal wheel, hold the balance of the cycloidal wheel with the thumb and little finger, and extend the other three fingers from the pin sleeve hole Gently pull the eccentric bearing up, the purpose is to make the upper end of the bearing roller close to the inner ring, and the cycloidal wheel can be put down easily (Note: If this point is not well grasped, even if the mark is correct, it will not be installed for a long time .)
