The so-called bearing running jacket means the relative displacement between bearing outer ring and bearing chamber, resulting in deviation; while running inner sleeve means the relative displacement between bearing inner ring and journal, after deviation occurs, no matter it is running inner sleeve or running jacket, the motor can not run normally, causing harm to the motor. Uneven force when dismantling the end cover during the overhaul of the motor, resulting in a loose bearing chamber, wear on the outer wall of the bearing, cracks in the bearing chamber; deviations found in the motor and mechanical connections; uneven force when tightening the end cover screws when reassembling the motor.

2、the motor bearing run inner sleeve causes

Regular cold disassembly, cold installation; use disassembly tools to disassemble the bearing, no pad protection block at the top of the tie rod, resulting in rotor center shaft hole damage; installation does not comply with the recommended temperature of bearing heating installation.
