How can the micro gear motor failure be fixed?

The micro gear motor will eventually fail over the course of prolonged use for a variety of reasons. So what should be done if the micro gear motor breaks down? Allow me to explain below

(1) The power supply voltage is too low. To fix this, use a voltmeter to measure the voltage at the motor's input terminal, then adjust the power supply voltage if necessary;

(2) The motor winding's delta connection is inadvertently connected to a star connection; this issue can be fixed by switching to a delta connection;

(3) Inadequate contact of the wound rotor brush or starting varistor: Inspect the brush and starting varistor's contact area;

(4) Check the problematic coils and construct the proper wiring for the stator and rotor windings, which have local coils connected incorrectly or in reverse;

(5) Winding has been rewinded too many times; adjust the number of spins;

(6) One-phase open circuit of the winding rotor; identify the defect by using a multimeter or a calibration lamp;

(7) Poor contact between the brush and the collecting ring: increase the area of contact between the brush and the collector ring, grind the brush's working surface, modify the brush pressure, and rotate the collector ring's surface.
