How should the water pump bearing be maintained?

Generally, the increase in the liquid, transporting liquid, or the pressure of the liquid, that is, the mechanical energy of the original motivation to the liquid energy to achieve the pumping liquid. 1. For bearings with lubricating oil lubrication, the amount of oil should be added to the prescribed position.
2. Electric bearing is generally used for sodium base lubrication. This kind of fat is characterized by high temperature but easy to dissolve in water, so it cannot be used for the lubrication of the water pump bearing.

3. The newly invested water pump is generally replaced with lubricating fat (oil) after 100 hours of operation. After 500 hours of operation, it is replaced once every 500 hours.

4. Use lubricating lubricating lubricating bearing. After 1500 hours of running, you should replace the lubricating fat. The amount of fuel you add should not be too much or too little, because too much lubricating fat will cause the bearings to heat up. It is advisable to be 1/2 to 2/3 of the bearing room volume.

5. The container with lubricating oil or grease should be cleaned. Usually it should be sealed. There should be no debris such as dust, iron dumbs, to avoid damage to the bearing
