The pressure of the single spring is insufficient, resulting in a loose contact between the carbon brush and the rotor and a large short-circuit spark. It is necessary to remove the copper wire of the carbon brush and add 2 springs.
In the third case, the copper sheet on the carbon brush, and the copper sheet without a clamping position is in use, and the copper sheet rotates, causing the upper copper wire to be tightened, and the carbon brush cannot be in close contact with the rotor. The spark is large and the power is small, so it needs to be removed and shaken off. (It is recommended to buy a built-in carbon brush machine. The coil spring carbon brush machine is better, with good electrical conductivity, and it is not easy to burn the rotor and burn the carbon brush. I am not sure about the brushless machine.)
