How to judge the rotation direction of the micro reducer?

1. The three-phase ABC of the power supply end of the miniature reducer is properly involved in the three-phase ABC of the motor equipment factory set. After starting, it can rotate clockwise or counterclockwise, but it can also rotate clockwise or counterclockwise, which is the national standard.

2. Viewed from the axis direction, clockwise rotation is forward rotation, and counterclockwise rotation is reverse rotation. Because some motors have two shafts, the main shaft of the micro reducer should be given priority. Load requirements are used to evaluate dual shaft motors. The main shaft is the shaft that carries the most weight, and the steering controls the rotation.

3. The mutual position of the main and auxiliary windings affects the rotation direction of the single-phase motor. However, the main and secondary windings of some miniature reduction devices are coupled with each other inside the motor, making it impossible to change the rotation direction of the motor from the outside. Therefore, in the no-load test of the miniature reducer, if it is found to be incorrect, the internal winding can be adjusted to make the rotation direction of the motor normal.
