Micro diaphragm pump is a kind of micro pump, usually composed of motor, gas valve, pump body and valve. When the motor is running, it causes the opening and closing of the air valve, which changes the pressure inside the pump. When the pressure inside the pump is lower than the pressure in the external environment, the valve opens automatically, causing the liquid to be sucked into the pump body. When the pressure inside the pump is higher than the pressure in the external environment, the valve opens, and the liquid in the pump body is pushed into the output pipe. The advantages of micropumps are small, light noise, high accuracy, accurate flow control, and can be integrated with other technologies. For example, it can be controlled by computer programs to automate operations, and its small size can also be easily embedded in other devices, thus reducing the cost and footprint of the entire device. It has high efficiency, the movement mechanism is completely isolated from the conveying medium, non-moving sealing, no leakage, small volume, light weight, self-priming ability, not afraid of idling, no lubrication maintenance, low noise. When it is used as a micro pump, no need to pump, both can pump and pump water, not afraid of dry rotation.
Features of the micro-diaphragm pump:
1. Simple structure: composed of pump body, diaphragm, driving part and suction outlet, discharge outlet and other parts, the structure is simple, easy to operate.
2. Energy saving and high efficiency: the use of efficient diaphragm structure design, with the characteristics of energy saving and high efficiency, can greatly reduce energy consumption and production costs.
3. Intelligent design, in terms of design, relatively intelligent, after the power and open the switch, if the liquid switch open, then work normally, if the closed, the pump can decompression to reflux, so reduce the pressure on the outlet pipe, also not affect the hose, if continue to open the liquid switch, the normal operation to the original pressure.
4. Long life, life problem is the weakness of many pump body, due to the lack of performance or materials, lead to pump body short life in products, and the miniature diaphragm pump has a long life, motor life can even reach more than 10 years, ordinary products far less than 10 years, of course, during the need for regular maintenance, to ensure the normal operation of equipment.
5. Safe and reliable: the pump has a self-protection mechanism, when the internal pressure of the pump body is too high or too low, it will automatically shut down, so as to avoid the accident caused by too high or too low pressure.
6. High cost performance, because its operation is relatively stable, and the working time is long, can run for a long time, under strong pressure, the current through the current is relatively small, and high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, noise is relatively low, the reasonable structure inside the pump body makes the pump itself wear reduced.
7. Convenient maintenance: the maintenance process is very simple, only need to clean the inside of the pump before use. First of all, as a kind of mechanical equipment, the noise of the micro diaphragm pump mainly comes from the friction sound, vibration sound and liquid flow sound generated by the mechanical operation inside the pump, which will lead to the generation of noise. Secondly, for some abnormal sound generated in the process of use, also need to timely maintenance to prevent greater noise. Therefore, the noise is not due to the defects of the product itself, but caused by improper manual operation and maintenance.
Micro diaphragm pump is mainly two parts: motor and transmission mechanism. When the motor runs, there are usually a variety of noise sources coexist at the same time. Different noise is generated by various parts of the motor.
1. Electromagnetic noise of the motor. Electromagnetic noise is generated by the interaction of the internal electric current with the magnetic field. When the motor is running, the current flows into the coil, creating a magnetic field, which interacts with the core and generates a vibration. This vibration shakes the surface and around the core air, creating noise. Electromagnetic noise may also be subject to its quality, process and use environment. If the material or structure is not good enough, or the manufacturing process is not fine enough, it will affect the noise of the motor. In addition, if the use of a bad environment, such as the temperature is too high, high humidity, dirty air, etc., will increase the noise. However, electromagnetic noise can be reduced or suppressed by multiple means. For example, using better materials and manufacturing processes can reduce internal vibration and noise. In the process of use, effective noise reduction measures can be taken, such as increasing sound insulation materials, improving circuit design, reasonable installation of motor, etc.
2. The aerodynamic noise of the motor. Aerodynamic noise is caused by the mechanical vibration and rotation generated during the internal operation. Mechanical vibration and rotation will cause changes in the air flow around the motor, generating noise. This noise is usually caused by the internal component friction, vibration, spiral flow, etc. It may also be affected by the external environment, such as when encountering the wind or water flow, the air or water flow will also cause noise. In order to reduce this noise, some measures can be adopted, such as optimizing the structure of the motor, reducing the friction and vibration inside the motor, appropriately reducing the speed and load of the motor, and setting the vibration isolation and noise reduction device around the motor.
3. Motor reversing noise. First, the commutative noise is related to the physical properties of the motor itself. In the process of positive and negative conversion, the copper coil or the insulating material around the coil will produce a certain degree of vibration. These vibrations in themselves are one of the sources of noise. Secondly, it is also related to the control mode of the motor. For example, if the switching frequency of the control signal is high, the noise is likely to become more pronounced. At this time, the control algorithm can be adjusted to reduce the frequency of signal switching and reduce the generation of noise. Finally, it may also be affected by the environment surrounding the motor. For example, a motor installed in certain special structures may lead to amplification of noise. In this case, the noise can be reduced by adjusting the installation position of the motor or adding sound insulation materials.
4. Mechanical noise of the motor System vibration occurs in the whole mechanical system. The air movement of the motor to produce certain noise. Poor rotor dynamic balance is one of the most common causes of mechanical vibration and mechanical noise. Improving the accuracy of the rotor dynamic balance can effectively reduce this noise. The installation and the natural frequency of the stator and rotor components are consistent with the speed frequency. When the motor is equipped with the end cover type wind hood, the cover is often shaken by the vibration of the motor, and the vibration occurs, generating noise. In this case, the vibration of the motor stator is often the excitation source of the end cover or the wind cover. To reduce this noise, the measure is to increase the dynamic stiffness of the end cover and the cover. A vibration absorption material, such as felt, is added at the junction of the end cover and the stator to reduce the vibration amplitude of the stator.
5. Load noise of the motor The main reason for this noise is that the manufacturing work difference, assembly clearance, and the working surface damage and electrical corrosion damage caused in the process of operation, transportation and installation, which will make the bearing operation unbalanced and irregular impact. The main cause of the motor load noise is the mechanical vibration generated by the motor rotor in operation. This vibration will produce certain noise to the equipment, machinery and human body connected by the motor. In addition, the electromagnetic characteristics of the motor and the stability of the motor drive system will also have a certain impact on the noise.
Another source of the noise of the micro diaphragm pump is the transmission mechanism, and the eccentric wheel and diaphragm have a large impact on the noise and fatigue resistance life.
The diaphragm of the micro-pump is the core component of the pump. The main function is to separate the inside and outside parts of the pump to transfer the liquid from one side to the other side. Usually made of high quality rubber or fluorine rubber and other materials, with high elasticity and wear resistance. It is not only very important for the sealing and flow control of the micropump, but also can prevent the leakage of the pump and avoid damage to the operator and the environment. Through constant movement, the internal and lateral fluids are transferred separately, enabling precise control and delivery. In addition, it has other functions, such as isolating the medium, preventing gas and solid impurities from entering the pump body; reducing the formation of bubbles inside the pump body, ensuring the flow and pressure of the pump body; reducing the noise and vibration of the pump body, and improving the service life of the pump.
The material selection of diaphragm of diaphragm pump mainly depends on the nature of the sealing liquid, pressure and temperature, etc. The overall design of the diaphragm should consider its motion mode, manufacturing conditions, structural space limitation and other factors. Aluminum alloy pneumatic diaphragm pump can be used in flammable and explosive environment, because the agitation of diaphragm pump fluid is small, so its fluid will not overheat, and the cost is low. Tetrafluoride diaphragm is an economical acid-alkali diaphragm, milky white color, suitable for the delivery of corrosive liquid high temperature. Polytetrafluoroethylene diaphragm has good corrosion resistance, in addition to the molten lithium metal, potassium, sodium, chloride trifluoride, high temperature chloride trifluoride and liquid fluorine with a high flow rate, it can almost transport the vast majority of the liquid, it is recommended to use it within the temperature of 80 degrees. Fluorine rubber diaphragm: corrosion resistance is also very good, can transport a variety of acidic media, alkaline liquid, salt medium, oil medium and hydrocarbon medium, etc. The higher temperature of fluorine rubber is 177 degrees, and the price of fluorine rubber film is slightly higher. If the delivery medium is corrosive and the temperature is within 80 degrees, it is recommended to use PTFE diaphragm. If the delivery medium temperature is higher than 80 degrees and less than 120 degrees, it is recommended that the diaphragm should be fluorine rubber diaphragm.
To make miniature diaphragm pumps more durable, here are some of the common methods:
1. Regular maintenance: It is important to clean, inspect and lubrication the diaphragm pump regularly, which helps to maintain its good working condition and can effectively prolong its service life. During the maintenance, we must pay attention to the safe operation, to avoid the damage to the internal parts.
2. Choose high-quality materials: pump body, diaphragm and other parts not only need to have good wear resistance, corrosion resistance, but also need to have good elasticity, high temperature resistance and other characteristics, the selection of good materials can effectively extend the life of the diaphragm pump.
3. Correct operation: in use, we must pay attention to the operation specification, to avoid overload or no-load operation, to avoid turbulence or impact and other conditions, which will cause damage to the diaphragm pump.
4. Regular replacement of vulnerable parts: after a long time, some vulnerable parts (such as diaphragm, valve, sealing ring, etc.) will wear, and should be replaced regularly to ensure the normal operation of the diaphragm pump.
