Precautions for installing coreless motors
Leave a message
1. The slotless motor has good comprehensive performance when running at rated voltage. It is recommended to use as close to the rated voltage as possible.
2. The output resistance of the control module powering the motor should be considered as small as possible. The output voltage under load is not significantly reduced and the vibration is affected.
3. Check or evaluate the rotor current of the locked rotor motor The locked rotor time should not be too long, because the rotor is locked when the total input power is converted to heat energy (P = I2R). The increase in wind temperature is very unfavorable and will affect the performance of the hollow cup
4. When designing positioning holes for motors with mounting brackets. The gap between the motor and the phone case should not be too large, otherwise additional vibration (mechanical noise) may occur. Adjusting the rubber sleeve can effectively avoid mechanical noise, but pay attention to the position of the grip, and the buttonholes must be matched. Otherwise, it will affect the vibration of the motor and reduce the feeling of vibration
5. Avoid getting close to strong magnetic fields when moving or working, otherwise it will damage the magnetic surface of the motor magnet and affect its performance.
6. Pay attention to the soldering temperature and soldering time when soldering. It is recommended to use 320°C for 1-2 seconds. Prolonged time and high temperatures can damage lead insulators.
7. Take the motor unit out of the box or avoid pulling the wire during the soldering process. And don't let the lead bend many times in the big bend, otherwise it will damage the lead
