The brush DC motor in beauty apparatus uses mechanical commutation, the magnetic pole does not move and the coil rotates. When working, the coil of the beauty apparatus motor drives the rotation of the commutator and the friction of the brush (the change of current direction of the rotor coil is done by the friction of the brush and the commutator). Because the brush and commutator of the beauty instrument motor will produce friction and cause loss, so the life is generally a few hundred hours, but the operating life is sufficient for the beauty instrument.
Because the brushed DC motor is controlled by an analog circuit with brush commutation and silicon controlled transmission, it is very easy to control the speed of the beauty instrument. It only needs to adjust the high or low of the power supply voltage to change the speed, and the voltage and current converted by the rectifier brush to change the strength of the electrode magnetic field.
