What are the advantages of micro DC motors in pumps?

1. Affordable: A micro pump carbon brush DC motor only costs 2–5 yuan. More orders mean reduced prices for makers of tiny DC motors. Some motor types might cost between 0.9 and 1.8 yuan each set. Brushless DC motors may cost two to three times as much as brushed DC motors.

2. Simple control: To change the speed, the circuit board of the tiny DC motor can be used to directly modify the input DC voltage. It is incredibly easy. All you need to do is add an encoder if you need precise speed regulation. For speed regulation with a brushless motor, numerous Hall sensors are required;

3. Low temperature rise: Micro DC motors must be cooled with water or air because they do not produce as much heat as larger motors. The DC motors won't produce heat as long as the micromotors are not obstructed;

4. Long lifespan: The carbon brush DC motor can operate for 800 to 1000 hours, which is sufficient to meet all of the needs of the micro pump body. A brushless DC motor is necessary when a large pump body must run continuously for an extended period of time;

5. Low interference: The small DC motor's fine control is made possible by the fact that it won't interfere with neighboring electronic components or the control circuit.
