What are the gear transmission methods of micro motors?

Micro-motor gear transmission has a high degree of production and installation precision, but it is not appropriate for products with long transmission distances. Both the device form and the type of micro-motor gear transmission fall into two categories: open type and closed type. The open transmission and closed transmission of the micro motor are briefly described here.

1. Closed transmission

Numerous gear transmission applications can be found in vehicles, machinery, aviation, etc. This particular closed box has been precisely machined. The transmission's lubrication and protection conditions are far better than with an open gear system.

2. Open transmission

Semi-open type is a subset of open type. Open gear transmission, which is commonly used in agricultural machinery, construction equipment, and simple mechanical equipment applications, is only appropriate for low-speed transmission. It is easy to enable external debris to enter, resulting in poor lubrication and easy wear and tear of gears. Simple guards and an oil sump surround the gears in half-open gear drives.
