Why do micro DC motor brushes fail?

Micro DC motors are utilized extensively in a wide range of intelligent electric products as the most crucial driving components with the expansion of the area of intelligent products. In various situations, different electric smart goods are used. In conditions with high humidity, dampness, and salt spray, micro DC motors will be employed. 1. The stator and magnetic tile of the DC motor are fractured or separated;

2. The connection with the rotor coil is weak, the commutator and brush have high wear or friction, and there is a short circuit between the components;

3. DC motor winding short circuit between revolutions;

4. The micro DC motor's bearing friction increases or becomes directly stuck;

5. Either the terminal block is not securely fitted with the carbon brush holder or it softens at high temperatures.
