What is the working principle of 3.7V Mini Liquid Soap Foam Pump?

As the diaphragm flexes back and forth, fluid is drawn into the inlet chamber and expelled from the outlet chamber, allowing the pump to move small amounts of fluid precisely. It works as follows:


Diaphragm: Usually consists of a flexible diaphragm mounted between two chambers - one on the inlet side and one on the outlet side. Diaphragms can be made from a variety of materials, including rubber, silicone, or thermoplastic elastomers, and are designed to move back and forth when the pump is running.


Valves: Inlet and outlet valves are located between the chamber and pump head to allow fluid flow in one direction and prevent backflow. The inlet valve opens to allow fluid to enter the pump, while the outlet valve opens to allow fluid to exit.


Pump Head: Consists of a housing with two ports - one for inlet and one for outlet. As the diaphragm flexes outward, the volume in the inlet chamber increases, causing the inlet valve to open and allow fluid to enter the chamber. When the diaphragm flexes inward, the volume in the outlet chamber decreases, causing the outlet valve to open and allowing fluid to exit the pump.


Motor: Driven by a 320 small motor, the motor is connected to the diaphragm through a linkage mechanism. As the motor spins, it moves the linkage back and forth, causing the diaphragm to flex and create a pumping action.
