Why is the micro motor bearing too tight?
Leave a message
Over-tightening of small DC motor bearings is a common phenomenon encountered in daily operations. This phenomenon can easily lead to the failure of the common components of the DC system and reduce the efficiency of the project. The reasons why the motor bearing is too tight can be divided into the following points.
1. Due to the long storage time of the engine bearing, the lubricating oil inside the bearing leaks oil, and the motor is easily damaged without lubrication.
2. The bearing of the DC motor is closely matched with the bearing chamber on the end cover, which causes the noise of the bearing behind the DC motor to increase and the bearing to be too tight.

3. If the bearing of the DC motor is heated, the grease is squeezed out, and there is no lubricating oil in the bearing runway, and the bearing is too tight due to overheating.
4. There is a gap in the mechanical accuracy of the front and rear covers, and the position of the central axis of the front and rear covers is asymmetrical.
5. During the installation process, bearing deformation or personnel failure will damage the bearing, causing the bearing to be too tight.
If the bearings are still hot after running the engine for a while, remove the load from the engine, run it without load, and listen carefully for the noise. If there is a slight noise, remove the old old grease before adding the grease, clean the brake pads, add new oil, and then start the engine to continue idling.
