What Are The Winding Methods Of The Motor
Leave a message
Micro motors are an important part of stator windings. Different types of micromotors have different winding patterns. Two common winding methods are introduced below, concentric winding and stacked winding.
Concentric winding: The concentric winding of a micro motor can be divided into single-layer or multi-layer. It has multiple different rectangular coils in the same coil group, which are arranged one by one in the same center position in a back-shaped pattern. Generally, micro motors or some low-power three-phase asynchronous motors use this winding method.

Laminated winding: This type of DC motor winding method is only used in three-phase asynchronous motors. All its coils have the same shape and size. There is a coil side embedded in each slot, and one is connected to the outer end of the slot. uniform division. This kind of winding is also divided into two forms, single-layer and double-layer. If there is only one coil in each slot, it is a single-layer winding; if there are two coil sides (upper and lower layers) belonging to different coil groups, it is a double-layer winding. . Due to the different wiring methods of the stacked windings of the DC motor, there are single- and double-turn cross-wiring arrangements and single-double-layer hybrid wiring arrangements; in addition, the embedded shape from the winding end is called chain winding, basket winding, In fact, they are all stacked windings.
