Why Can't The Micro DC Motor Be Turned On?

The tiny DC motor occasionally has trouble turning on during use. What causes the motor to not start? Here is a straightforward analysis for you.

1. There is too much of a load.

2. The main pressure distribution valve's supply pipe is obstructed or the oil supply valve for the DC motor is not opened.

3. The emergency stop solenoid valve's operation is not reset.

4. The security system is not secured or modified.

5. The opening limiter's handle pin comes loose.

6. The servomotor's communication valve's switching valve is not closed.

7. Neither in the automatic position, nor in the manual position, the switching valve's position is precise.

9. When the excitation power is turned off or disconnected, the main circuit locks.
