Description
5000rpm 5265 BLDC Motor is a high-efficiency, high-performance brushless motor. It adopts brushless technology. Since the brushless motor has no friction and loss of carbon brushes, it has a longer life and better dynamic response performance. It adopts the structure of internal rotor and external stator, which can not only improve the conversion efficiency, but also reduce the power consumption of electromechanical conversion. Its circuit structure includes sensors, electronic governors, switched capacitors and motors. Sensors inside it can determine the required torque and speed by detecting changes in stator current. The electronic speed controller can control the speed of the motor according to the sensor signal, and has an overload protection function to ensure the safety and stability of the motor.

It is a motor that can convert electrical energy into mechanical energy and is widely used in drones, model aircraft and other fields. It is different from traditional brushed motors because it does not need brushes to pass the current, but achieves electronic commutation through the internal controller. How does the BLDC motor work?
A BLDC (brushless DC) motor works based on the interaction between electromagnets and permanent magnets. The stator, the stationary part of the motor, contains electromagnets, while the rotor, the rotating part, contains permanent magnets.
The electronic controller directs the flow of electric current to the electromagnets in the stator, which create a magnetic field. The field then attracts and repels the permanent magnets in the rotor, causing it to spin.
As the rotor rotates, the controller continually switches the current to the stator electromagnets in a precise sequence, ensuring the rotor continues to turn in the desired direction. The speed and direction of the motor can be controlled by adjusting the timing and sequence of the current pulses to the stator coils.
