Brushless DC Motor Driver uses motor circuit current detection technology, brush DC motor speed self-detection technology, regenerative current constant current braking (or braking) technology and powerful PID regulation technology to control motor starting, braking (braking), commutation process and blocking protection. The motor response time is short, and the recoil force is small; the output current is monitored in real time to prevent overcurrent and effectively protect the motor and drive. And the motor rated current can be configured by dip switch or serial port, which can make the motor starting, braking and blocking current are limited to the motor rated current range, efficient and safe.

◆ Voltage range 9~36V, large load current 10A, rated current 8A.

◆ Single/double potentiometer, 0~10V analog signal with 5V or 24V logic level, switch, -5V~+5V differential analog signal or RS485 multiple input signals.

◆ PWM speed regulation (voltage regulation), torque control (steady current), self-testing/external speed generator closed-loop speed regulation (steady speed) multiple speed regulation modes.

◆ motor current PID regulation, large load/brake current configurable, short motor start/brake/commutation time and small impact force.

Brushless DC Motor Driver Introduction

For high-power motors (usually no-load current 0.5A or more), this drive can directly measure the commutation frequency of the motor commutator without a speed measuring device. The commutation frequency is divided by the number of times the motor rotates for one revolution and then multiplied by 60 is the motor speed (motor speed = 60 * commutation frequency / number of times the motor rotates for one revolution), which can realize the blocking judgment and speed stabilization function (i.e. load change causes speed change, the driver will automatically adjust the speed to the previous speed).

Motor load is too large or blocked rotation drive will stabilize the current output, the output current value for the preset rated current; as long as the selection match and set the parameters correctly, can effectively protect the motor and drive, long time blocked rotation 10A no problem at all!

Motor start and brake process are smooth, the start process time is usually shorter than the brake time, motor forward and reverse switching time is slightly longer than the brake time, close to 0.1S.
