Motor Description

Method of Controlling Noise and Vibration of High Speed DC 12V Brushless Motor
1.Bearing selection
If the bearing system in a BLDC motor is properly designed, it can last over 25,000 hours. By paying due attention to the bearing design when using high-quality ball bearings, it is possible to reduce the load intensity on the bearing by more than 100 times, thereby optimizing performance and extending life.
2.Magnetic material
Optimizing the internal balance of brushless motors can be enhanced by using specialized magnetic materials in the rotor that provide higher energy density within a smaller form factor. The use of NdFeB material means that the rotor assembly can be smaller and provides optimum internal balance for minimum vibration. Neodymium magnets also do not demagnetize over time, so they provide more consistent performance over a longer period of time than other materials.
3.Machined parts
One of the key factors in reducing vibration is improving the precision of the motor's internal components. Where typical motors are designed using stamped parts, high-precision brushless DC motors contain machined parts.
