1. Dimensional and cosmetic evaluation

2. Stacking coefficient detection 

The stacking coefficient itself is a parameter that is not very easy to measure directly and is mainly guaranteed by the stacking pressure, so the core stacking is a special process that requires special process confirmation. Once the core is manufactured, it is difficult to reproduce the stacking pressure, so there is no way to know the stacking coefficient. Although there are some indirect measurement methods in the relevant standards, such as the pinprick method, etc., but most of these measurement methods are not very reliable, measurement errors and subjective factors are large.
