The coupling of the miniature gear motor is a component that connects the two shafts axially and transmits torque and movement. It has a certain function of compensating for the offset of the two shafts, and can buffer shock absorption and overload safety protection. 1. Micro geared motor metal coil spring coupling: generally suitable for micro motors, stepper motors, etc. The metal elastomer has zero backlash and can run synchronously, and has the advantages of elastic compensation for radial, angular and axial deviations, high torque rigidity and sensitivity.


2. Miniature geared motor bellows coupling: suitable for planetary geared motors, it has the advantages of no backlash, high torque, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, and maintenance-free. Clockwise/counterclockwise rotation characteristics are the same.

3. Plum-shaped coupling: Micro-motor plum-shaped coupling can be divided into 6 petals and 8 petals. It has the advantages of simple structure, maintenance-free and oil resistance. The general working temperature is 20℃~60℃.


4. Geared motor curved tooth coupling: commonly used in flexible transmission, it has very strong correction ability in axial, radial and angular directions, can withstand high and low temperature, chemical corrosion resistance, high precision, maintenance-free, through nylon and steel The material mix does not cause too much wear even without lubricated maintenance.
