How to make a small vacuum pump?

Materials: small DC motor (preferably with high speed), plastic container with cover, a rubber plug, which can be tightly inserted on the container cover, a plastic pipe, a small piece of foam or sponge, hot glue gun, wires, batteries, etc; Tools: scissors, soldering iron, wire stripper/cutter；

Step:

Cut a small hole in the center of the container cover, which is slightly smaller than the diameter of the rubber stopper.

Thread the rubber plug through the hole on the cover to ensure a tight fit.

Cut a small piece of plastic pipe and connect it to the motor shaft with hot glue.

Weld two wires to the motor terminals and connect them to the battery.

Stick the motor onto the top of the container cover, ensuring that the pipeline extends out of the container.

Cut a small piece of foam or sponge and place it in a container around the pipe.

Connect the free end of the pipeline to the object to be vacuumed.

Turn on the motor and check the suction force.
