How to measure micromotor temperature?
Leave a message
The micro DC motor will produce a certain amount of heat while it is running. If the temperature of the micro motor is too high, the micro DC motor's lifespan will be limited or it will burn from the intense heat. Consequently, how does the micro motor determine whether the temperature is rising? I'll give you a little introduction right now.

1. Thermometer method: This straightforward technique uses an alcohol thermometer to measure temperature directly.
2. Resistance method: When utilizing the resistance method, first measure the cold DC resistance of the winding through the bridge, the value of RI, and record the ambient temperature at that moment. Then, after the reducer has run for a while, measure the thermal DC resistance of the winding and add it to the formula to determine the winding's temperature.

3. Use an infrared thermometer to measure the temperature of the micromotor by placing it directly on its surface.
The above are the three methods introduced by Vshida Micromotor on how to measure the temperature of micromotors. I hope it will be useful to you. For more information about micromotors, please feel free to consult us.
