The main parameters of the miniature gear motor are reduction ratio, torque, voltage, diameter, gear series, return clearance, power, gear material, no-load speed efficiency, etc. The following is a brief introduction to the function of the main parameters of the micro geared motor.
1. Reduction ratio
The speed ratio of the micro gear motor includes the transmission ratio and the reduction ratio. The reduction ratio determines the output speed and torque. The input speed of the micro motor ÷ the output speed of the reducer can calculate the reduction ratio.
2. Micro gear motor torque
The torque is determined by the reduction ratio. The larger the torque, the larger the load will be, which reflects the load capacity of the micro motor and the reducer.
3. Voltage
The actual voltage at both ends of the miniature deceleration motor is the working voltage when it rotates. The greater the input voltage of the deceleration motor, the higher the speed and the higher the current.
4. Gear series
If one set of gears cannot meet a large transmission ratio, two or more sets of gears are needed to meet the transmission ratio requirements of a larger motor. If the gear motor increases the length of the gear series, the efficiency will also decrease.

5. Return clearance
The output end is fixed, and the input end rotates clockwise or counterclockwise, so that when the rated torque is generated at the input end, there is a slight angular displacement at the input end of the reducer. This angular displacement is the return clearance, also called backlash.
6. Power of micro gear motor
The power of the motor generally refers to the rated power, that is, the maximum power that can operate normally for a long time under the rated voltage.
7. Gear material of reducer
The gear meshing material of the reducer can be selected differently according to different application fields. Generally, metal materials and plastic materials are common.
8. Safety factor
The safety factor is a factor used to reflect the safety degree of the structure in the engineering structure design method. The determination of the safety factor needs to consider various uncertainties such as the load, the mechanical properties of the material, the difference between the test value and the design value and the actual value, the calculation mode and the construction quality.
9. No-load speed of micro gear motor
The speed of the micro gear motor without any load is the no-load speed, and the no-load speed should take into account the actual loss, which is often smaller than the ideal no-load speed.
