What are the reasons why brushless motors do not start?

DC brushless motor applications are becoming more and more widespread, in the daily use of often encounter the problem of failure to start, so what are the causes of brushless motor can not start? The following will give you an introduction

1. Lack of power

Possible causes include faulty contactors and other power control devices, front fuses, main motor circuit or control circuit fuses, power switches left open, broken or loose line wires. The recommended measures are to start with the front fuse and gradually verify the main motor circuit and the control circuit of each line and device to find the root cause and then make the necessary repairs.

2. Motor failure

Possible conditions include: insufficient supply voltage or poor contact; unconnected or underconnected DC brushless motor controller control wires; damaged motor Hall; burned motor coil due to reduced insulation; lost motor rotor magnet; motor load greater than its own load torque; high or unstable supply voltage.

3. Mechanical failure

Brushless motor with mechanical equipment or transmission mechanism stuck, starting load is too heavy, etc.. At this time, the power should be quickly removed to find mechanical failure.

The above is the cause of the brushless motor can not start, more information about the welcome to consult us at any time!
