The Culprit Of The Noise Of The Micro Air Pump?
Leave a message
If the flow rate of the micro vacuum pump is relatively large, the noise control will be relatively weak. How is the noise of the micro vacuum pump generated? It is mainly composed of mechanical vibration noise and airflow noise. Airflow is the main source of noise, but if a good quality micro vacuum pump is installed correctly, the mechanical vibration noise will be much less. What are the factors that cause the noise of the micro air pump?

1. The noise generated when the motor is running, the power of the air pump comes from the high-speed rolling of the motor when the air pump is pumping or vibrating, which will cause a sensation of the pump body, and the rolling of the motor itself will generate corresponding noise.
2. Micro air pump noise is caused by air pump vibration or airflow. If the noise is caused by improper installation of the air pump, the degree of tightening of the screws during installation varies greatly, resulting in the displacement of the inside of the air pump and the place where the air pump is placed, which will cause the vacuum pump to generate noise.
3. Noise generated by the airflow in the pumping or pumping project, and the friction between the gas and the pump body parts when the gas flows in the pump will also generate noise.

Micro air pump noise solution:
1. Use a long hose at the exhaust or exhaust port and intentionally coil the hose to reduce noise by changing airflow conditions.
2. If the noise is caused by the motor bearing, it is recommended to use a micro vacuum pump with a brushless motor to reduce friction and noise.
3. For the improper noise caused by the micro air pump device, as long as the vacuum pump is installed correctly.
4. For the noise generated by the airflow, a noise-absorbing elbow can be added to the air pump inlet and outlet to effectively reduce the noise.
