What Are The Characteristics Of Micro Motors in Different States?

Whether the motor's properties match the conditions under which the motor will operate is a critical consideration in the micro-motor application procedure. The properties of the micro-motor are described in the paragraphs that follow.

VFK-130SH (1)

Micro motor dynamic properties: The relationship between the speed and torque of the driven micromotor is reflected by the speed-torque characteristic. The horizontal axis represents the output shaft of the motor's rotating speed, the vertical axis represents the torque, and the tension torque can be the highest torque production at a certain speed. These parameters should always be addressed when choosing a micromotor. Make sure the required torque is contained within this curve when choosing a motor.

Micro motors spin through a sequence of minute movements, which are the characteristics of micromotor vibration.

1. Give the micromotor one pulse to start it moving toward the next stop location while it is in a static state.

2. When the motor is stopped, accelerate its spin and, once it has angled past a particular point, pull it back in the other direction.

3. The motor comes to a stop at the predetermined location after dampening oscillation.
