1.Beauty instrument brush type dc motor
The working principle of brush DC motor is to use the principle of electromagnetic induction, electrical energy is converted into mechanical energy, so that the current in the circuit will produce a torque in the electromagnetic field, thus driving the motor to operate. Because the brush of the motor and the commutator will cause friction and loss, the life is generally several hundred hours, although it is not enough for the products of continuous operation, but for the products of the beauty instrument, it is completely enough, and there is no need to worry about the service life.
The speed regulation of brush DC motor is very simple, and the power supply current needs to be adjusted first. Generally speaking, we can control the operating speed of the equipment by adjusting the output voltage of the DC power supply. This needs to be adjusted according to the actual situation of the beauty instrument, if you need to adjust the high speed, you can appropriately increase the voltage output value; If you need to reduce the speed, reduce the output voltage.
In addition to adjusting the output voltage of the power supply, the running speed can be controlled by changing the resistance of the motor. In the motor drive circuit, the driving voltage and current of the motor are changed by switching resistors, capacitors and other components, so as to achieve the purpose of speed regulation.
2.Beauty instrument micro brushless dc motor
The brushless motor is different from the brushed motor in that it has no brush and takes electronic commutation. Electronic commutation is a technology that uses electronic components to switch phase sequence and control motor speed. What is electron commutation? When the supply voltage is applied to the three stator coils of the brushless motor, a magnetic field is generated on the rotor. Then the sensor on the rotor detects the magnetic field change, the signal is fed back to the controller, the controller determines the position of the rotor according to the signal, and then switches the phase sequence in real time and controls the current size, so that the rotor maintains a rotating state, so that the motor is constantly rotating. Because the brushless motor has no carbon brush and rotary commutator, the friction and heat loss are small, which can reduce energy loss, improve mechanical efficiency, and also reduce noise and vibration.
The speed regulation of the brushless motor is also regulated by voltage control, but the brushless motor uses electronic commutation, so the need to use digital control, its control is more complex, in the speed regulation, the power supply voltage of the micro-motor is actually unchanged, by changing the control signal of the electric modulation, and then through the microprocessor to change the switching speed of the MOS tube to change the speed. This is what we often say about frequency conversion speed regulation, and the complex control mode undoubtedly increases the production cost of the beauty instrument.
