Description

The Gear Reduction Electric Motor uses a one-piece 55mm threaded rod as the output shaft, turning it into a linear actuator. 6V rated voltage, no-load speed can reach 150RPM, equivalent to 1.75mm/s. The brass faceplate has two mounting holes for M1.6 screws (1.6mm diameter, 0.35mm pitch), or you can use mounting brackets or extended mounting brackets, which are specially designed to securely mount the gear motor while enclosing the exposure gear. How does the Gear Reduction Electric Motor adjust the speed accurately?

 

The speed regulation method of all brushed micro motors is the same. You only need to use the circuit board to control the input DC voltage to adjust the speed. The higher the voltage, the faster the speed of the micro motor. The lower the voltage, the slower the speed, but it must not exceed the micro motor parameter setting. If the voltage is too high, it will generate too much heat, which will shorten the service life of the micro-motor or burn the motor. If the voltage is too low, it will easily cause the stall to increase the current and cause heat. If you need high-precision speed regulation, you only need to add a photoelectric encoder to the N20 motor.
