What Is The Structure Of The Breast Pump?

A breast pump is a public device used to extract milk from one breast or two breasts of the user. The pump pump unit is usually operated by one or two extrusion kits. Further, the compression kit includes a breast receiving funnel for receiving the user's breast which may be equipped with a pad or similar for massaging the breast in some way and is designed to be connected to a vacuum unit to generate a pressure cycle in the breast receiving funnel through the pressure cycle. Actually, the vacuum unit includes an electric vacuum pump. In fact, by generating the pressure cycle, especially the vacuum cycle, and possibly accompanied by some way of breast massage, a simulation of the feeding action is obtained, thus triggering the user's necessary relaxation of the breast pump pump.
For hygiene reasons, most pumps are equipped with milk leakage devices that are configured and arranged to serve as a barrier between the breast and the vacuum unit. According to a known option, this arrangement can be provided as an impermeable elastic silicone diaphragm, which requires a certain stroke to create a vacuum at the breast. Operating a pump of the vacuum unit to bend the diaphragm, thereby expanding the breast to receive the air in the funnel, and thereby creating a desired vacuum at the breast. When the vacuum on the pump side is released, the diaphragm will move back to its stationary position. Because the vacuum at the pump indirectly leads to the vacuum of the breast, the sanitary function of the diaphragm is achieved. This concept is very mature and has been used in the breast pump field for many years. Alternatives to the simplified design that allows a breast pump device use a milk leak-proof device that blocks human breast milk while allowing air to pass through. For example, this arrangement may include a perforated material plate, a porous membrane, or a labyrinth arrangement.
A pump pump including an overflow sensor and an automatic flushing system to detect whether the milk enters the internal pump mechanism and immediately turns off the pump to prevent contamination, the automatic flushing system provides a series of specific scheduled cleaning actions of the pump. A safety device including a liquid collection box is used in a breast pump device. The liquid collection box is set in the position between the extrusion kit and the vacuum unit, and is equipped with a control unit and a sensing unit. When a liquid is detected, the sensing unit may output a detection signal to the control unit to activate the control unit to generate sound and light, or to turn off the pump. It is an object of the present invention to provide measures for preventing the leakage of milk already through the air outlet of the extrusion device to the vacuum unit, thereby avoiding unsanitary conditions as an advantageous alternative or supplement to a known measure of keeping the hygiene of the breast pump device at an acceptable level.
