Instructions for use of Micro DC Vibration Motor for Toys
(1) Wiring procedure: The connection box has a wiring diagram (or there is a wiring mark on the connector of each motor). Note: The motor must be connected in a closed circuit in accordance with the polarity indicated on the identification plate. A bad connection can cause commutator flashover, motor demagnetization, and even motor overspeed.
(2) Bearings: Under normal operating circumstances, all motors employ specialized single-row radial ball bearings with double protection and permanent lubrication.
(3) The load and air flow have the most effects on the brushes' lifespan. The typical wear amount over 1000 working hours is 5MM when the air humidity is between 6 and 12 grams of water per cubic meter. Even when the load is normal, the value will change by roughly 100% because the air humidity or air pollution of the circulating air has a significant impact on the characteristics of the reversing portion.
