Why Does The Micromotor Vibrate Abnormally And Generate Noise?

Micro motors are widely used in our daily life. Motors can be used in air conditioners, refrigerators, cars, toys, etc. It can be said that our daily life is inseparable from micromotors. We all know that as long as vibration occurs Noise, no sound without vibration. So when talking about motor noise, we must first understand why the motor vibrates abnormally?

1. The motor fan blade is damaged or the screws that fasten the fan blade are loose, causing the fan blade to collide with the fan blade cover, and the sound it produces varies with the severity of the impact sound;

2. Due to bearing wear or improper shaft, the rotor of the motor is eccentric, and in severe cases, the stator and rotor rub against each other, causing the motor to produce violent vibration and uneven scratching sound;

3. The motor has been used for a long time, resulting in loose anchor screws or weak foundation, so the motor produces abnormal vibration under the action of electromagnetic torque;

4. The long-term use of the motor is caused by the lack of lubricating oil in the bearing, which is formed in the grinding operation or the steel ball in the bearing is damaged, so that the motor bearing chamber makes an abnormal hissing or grunting sound.

5. The normal operation of the motor suddenly produces abnormal sound. When running with load, the speed drops significantly, and it emits a low-edge roar. It may be that the three-phase current is unbalanced, the load is too heavy, or the single-phase operation;

6. In a normal running motor, if there is a short-circuit fault in the stator and rotor windings, the motor will emit a high and low Weng Weng sound. The fuselage also vibrates.
