Description

Operating principle of 24 volt brushless motor
Brushless motor is used for torque regulation. Its principle is to utilize the electromagnetic attraction between the internal rotor and stator. It can convert input energy into mechanical energy based on the rotation of external power sources. The brushless motor consists of a motor body, a controller, and a starter (rotor winding segmented multiple switching mechanism). Its principle is as follows:
The motor body is composed of a stator and a rotor. The stator is generally made of permanent magnet material, while the rotor is made of non-inductive coils. There is no starting circuit on the coils, and it is composed of components implemented by a starter. The controllers at both ends adjust the torque of the brushless motor based on the input rotation signal. The current flows through the stator winding to generate a magnetic field, which in turn generates another magnetic field through the rotor winding. Due to the mutual attraction of the two magnetic fields, the rotor is constantly driven to rotate by the stator magnetic field, thereby achieving torque regulation.
Brushless motors have many advantages, such as simple interface, low control complexity, low noise, fast response, high torque, flexible power regulation, strong durability, strong anti-interference, and high control accuracy. At the same time, it also has some shortcomings, such as complex manufacturing processes, unalterable functions, low antimagnetic loads, and certain requirements for the switching life of the armature.
