Electrical causes of vibration in DC geared motors

DC geared motor in the use of the process of inevitable vibration failure, so what is the cause of vibration geared motor? The following is a brief introduction to the causes
1. Uneven air gap
To prevent vibration, the air gap needs to be disassembled evenly, as uneven air gap disassembly can cause the motor to operate in the presence of magnetic tension on one side. This effect corresponds to an increase in the winding of the motor shaft.

2. Rotor coil damage
The effect is similar to the rotor imbalance caused by a broken rotor coil, causing the motor to operate with uneven radial forces.
3. Electromagnetic force
The main source of this electromagnetic force is the longitudinal oscillation of the magnetic flux under the pole shoe, which usually oscillates at a toothed frequency. When the stator is also slotted, the flux pulse oscillation increases, increasing the possibility of forming alternating magnetic pull and causing the motor to vibrate.
