The power supply is faulty Check whether the power is cut off, or the power supply phase is missing
Foreign matter enters the pump, and the impeller is stuck. Rinse with water, or open the pump for inspection
Packing is too tight Loosen the seasoning gland bolts, after starting the pump, slowly tighten the gland bolts until some water flows out
Scale or rust Soak in 10% oxalic acid for 30-60 minutes
Too much working fluid Adjust the working fluid to the axis of the pump
Winding short circuit Check motor winding

The working fluid volume is too large Adjust the working fluid inlet valve to reduce the working fluid flow
The exhaust pressure is too high Reduce the exhaust pressure to the specified range
Too much liquid in the inhaled gas Install a separator at the inlet, or reduce the amount of working fluid
Motor turns in wrong direction Replace both wires
No working fluid enters the pump Check the working fluid

Serious air leakage in the system Press down to check for leaks and repair
