How to detect bad contact of micro motor?
Leave a message
The micromotor will have poor contact during the course of prolonged use, which will impact the motor's performance. The procedure for identifying a micromotor's inadequate contact will be described in the paragraphs that follow.

1. Visual examination: Examine the connecting site for arc burn marks, discolouration, fracture, etc.
2. Hammer inspection: Use a small hammer to tap the connection location and listen for unusual noises.
3. Tightening bolts: If any electrical connection points are loose, there was a bad electrical connection.

4. Using a feeler gauge, check how tightly the two joint surfaces are sealed; if there is a gap, the contact is poor.
5. Electrical inspection: use a double-arm bridge to measure the DC resistance of the motor, and compare the records over the years. If the data differs greatly, it is a poor contact.
The above is the species detection method shared by Vshida Micromotor about the poor contact of micromotors. I hope it will be useful to you. For more information, please feel free to contact us
