1. Before using the motor assembly line, make sure that the power supply line in the workshop meets the load requirements of the equipment, and that the voltage and frequency of the power supply match the machinery.

2. Check the motor assembly line regularly to ensure that each wire is firmly connected and functioning properly, and check for rust spots and other abnormalities.

3.When the motor assembly line is put into use, the parts should be placed in the proper position. Paper scraps, pieces of cloth, tools and other non-assembled things must be absolutely prohibited on the line.

4. The conveyor belt must be adjusted in time. The fastening device has an adjusting screw at one end of the line body. The tension level of the conveyor belt is set at the time of installation, but after running for a certain period of time, elongation will occur due to wear of the rotating parts under prolonged tension working conditions. By rotating the adjusting screw, the purpose of tightening can be achieved, but attention should be paid to the proper tension.

5. Regularly check the motor assembly line, should check whether the fasteners are loose, whether the assembly is good, and whether there are other foreign objects in the body.

6. Before turning on the motor, it must be confirmed that the reducer in the main drive system has been filled with oil. If it should be filled with No. 30 oil or gear oil above the mark, clean and replace after 200 hours of use.

7. Inspect and clean the bearings of the motor assembly line once a year. If the bearing seat is found to be broken, it should be repaired or replaced immediately. The grease should fill about two-thirds of the inner cavity.

8. After each shift, the line should be cleaned and the main and sub equipment should be free of any debris and kept dry so that the motor assembly line will have a longer service life.
