The role of rotor dynamic balance of brushed motor
Leave a message
Rotor dynamic balance is a key process in the production and processing of brush motor. No matter cast aluminum rotor or wound rotor, it is difficult to ensure the symmetry of the rotating body in the process of rotating shaft, iron core and later cast aluminum, wire embedding, wiring, paint dipping, etc. the rotor dynamic balance method must be adopted to reduce or eliminate the rotor imbalance to meet the control requirements for vibration and noise during motor operation.
Due to the influence of uneven material, process error, uneven deformation of rotor blades, uneven wear or local block falling, there is always imbalance on the rotor. Rotor unbalance is the main excitation source of brush motor. Unbalance causes rotor vibration, accelerates the wear of bearings, shaft seals and other components, and reduces the service life and efficiency of the machine. Therefore, it is necessary to balance the rotor dynamically in the manufacturing or maintenance process of brush motor, even in the operation process. Dynamic balance is to change the mass distribution of the rotor by adding weight or counterweight to the rotor, so as to reduce the rotor vibration caused by eccentric centrifugal force of the center of mass or the dynamic load acting on the bearing to the allowable range, so as to achieve the purpose of smooth operation of the engine.
