What are the Basic Parameters of the Micro Water Pump?

Micro water pump is a kind of small water pump, usually used in a variety of life applications, medical equipment and industrial fields. It is very small, usually a few cubic centimeters to dozens of cubic centimeters, and is very sophisticated. This small water pump uses high-tech manufacturing technology, with very high reliability and precision. It has many advantages. First, because it is very small, it can be easily installed in a variety of devices, whether handheld or large machines. Secondly, maintenance is usually not required because of their high reliability and durability. Moreover, their energy consumption is very low, so they can save on energy costs.

Its application field are also very wide. They can be used in residential solar water heating systems, aquariums, water measuring instruments, medical equipment and industrial control systems. They are also widely used to make miniature hydraulic motors and fans, as well as solar cells and fuel cells.

Electrical parameters mainly include voltage, power and load current. Power mainly refers to the shaft power, and the sum of the effective power of the pump and the lost power in the pump is the shaft power of the pump. Head refers to the energy obtained by the unit weight fluid through the pump. Simply put, it is the height unit m that the pump can lift water. The height of the water from the center line of the pump impeller to the water level, that is, the height at which the pump absorbs the water, is called the water suction head; then the pump height is called the pressure water head, and the pump head = water absorption head + pressure water head. The lift marked on the nameplate refers to the lift produced by the pump itself, which does not contain the loss lift caused by friction resistance of pipeline water. When choosing the pump, special attention needs to be paid to the allowance. Flow refers to the volume of water delivered by the pump per unit time, L/min. The inlet and outlet diameter and noise are also the main parameters considered, among which the head, flow rate and power of the pump are the important parameters to investigate the performance of the pump.

Types of common micro-water pumps

The axial flow impeller pump relies on the lift force generated on the water flow when the impeller rotates. The pump flow into the impeller and the outflow guide vane are both along the axial direction. With a compact, light, efficient, low noise characteristics. Its main applications include agriculture, gardens, home industry, and industry. Using micro axial flow impeller pump can realize the advantages of small flow, stable pressure, efficient energy saving and low noise. Its structure is simple, and it consists of a motor and the impeller parts. The motor drives the impeller to rotate, through the axial inlet and outlet, making the water flow under the action of the impeller, pushing the water flow to the outlet. The water pump can be adjusted according to the need, so as to achieve the requirements of different occasions.

Diaphragm pump, relying on the diaphragm back and forth to change the studio volume to inhale and discharge fluid. Mainly used in small equipment or laboratory and other fields. It operates by using a pressure pump to pump the liquid from the inlet, then separating the liquid from the gas by a diaphragm, and finally pushing the liquid to the outlet. The core part is a diaphragm. The diaphragm is made of a special layer of material that separates liquids and gases. When the cavity below a diaphragm in the pump constantly emits gas to the outside, it forms an effect of suction, inhaling the liquid at the inlet into the pump chamber on both sides of the diaphragm. When the pressure in the pump chamber reaches a certain value, the lower diaphragm moves up, and the cavity is injected with gas, compressed the liquid and pushed to the outlet. This repeated cycle, can achieve continuous liquid delivery effect.

Magnetic-driven centrifugal pump, consisting of a pump, leak-free magnetic drive and electric motor. Magnetic drive is composed of internal magnetic rotor, external magnetic rotor and isolation sleeve. The driving part of the magnetic drive centrifugal pump uses a permanent magnet synchronous motor. The rotor inside the motor is connected to the pump impeller, and the rotor is also connected to the external magnet stator. When the motor is started, the rotor of the permanent magnet synchronous motor will rotate, and the magnet stator will produce magnetic force, the magnetic field will penetrate the leakage shell shell and the stator, acting on the permanent magnet on the pump impeller to generate torque, so that the pump rotor begins to rotate. During operation, the water flow passes through the pump impeller to generate power, and the liquid flows out from the center under the action of centrifugal force. Because the pump impeller and the driving part share the same rotating mechanism, there is no mechanical shaft seal on the pump shaft, realizing no real leakage. Through the traditional air cooling form to cool the permanent magnet synchronous motor, effectively avoids the situation that the motor is not powered on when the liquid temperature rises in the operation, and also avoids the safety risks of the motor in the underwater operation.
