Why does the brushless DC motor fail to start?

Its performance has gotten a little better as brushless DC motors are used more widely. When brushless DC motors are used, the motor frequently fails to start. 1. A lack of power supply, such as when the power switch is left open, the front fuse blows, the main circuit or motor control fuse blows, the contactors that control power flow are malfunctioning, and the line wires are damaged or frayed.

Starting with the front-end fuse, the answer is to gradually examine the wires and components of each section of the main circuit and the motor control circuit in order to identify the problem and fix it.

2. Potential causes of motor failure include: inadequate power supply voltage or poor contact, absence or incomplete connection of the DC brushless motor controller's control circuit, damage to the motor Hall, reduction in motor coil insulation leading to burnout, loss of magnetism in the motor rotor and excessive motor load. The power supply voltage is too high or unstable, the load torque is significantly more than its own, etc.;

3. Mechanical failure: The brushless motor's mechanical components or transmission mechanism is jammed, and the beginning load is too great. At this point, the power supply needs to be swiftly shut off, and the mechanical issue needs to be identified.
