How to reduce the cavity pressure of the micro DC motor?

Too high or too low cavity pressure will affect the use of brushless DC motors. Therefore, in order to ensure the normal operation of the motor, in addition to measuring on time, the cavity pressure of the motor must also be reduced as much as possible. How to reduce the cavity pressure of the motor? This is a brief introduction to Vshida Micromotor.

VBL-5816(1)

1. Reduce the amount of grease in the inner cavity of the DC brushless motor. Although this method is fast and effective, it has limited impact on the long-term performance and service life of the motor. After a period of operation, the grease continues to move, reducing the rated output torque and load-carrying capacity at high speeds.

VBL-7054(2)

2. The high-pressure gas inside the brushless DC motor can be discharged outside. Safety must be maintained during surgery. In accordance with the provisions of environmental protection laws, pollutants such as oil, oil marsh, and oil mist shall not be discharged to the outside world. It must also meet IP65 protection standards, including protection against water, dust, and moisture.

VBL-5735(2)

The above method is used to reduce the pressure in the motor cavity. If you have any questions about micro motors, please feel free to contact us.
